Our process design methodology uses modified innovation team techniques. A well-constructed process design team, like a well-constructed innovation team, brings together the right sets of knowledge and talent to maximize your opportunity to get the best possible process design. Most crucial to that team are members from that business unit responsible for the process, who exhibits the innovations skills of analysis and synthesis. Other members of the process design team need to bring to the table, knowledge and expertise that is relevant to the business objectives at hand.
